JANET J. BLANCHETTE, P.E.

is a registered Professional Engineer (CT). She earned her B.S.C.E. in 1983 at Penn State and her M.S.C.E. in 1989 at Northeastern University. Mrs. Blanchette has 28 years of experience in the civil engineering field. She has worked on a wide variety of projects, including recreational facilities, industrial and commercial site development plans, municipal road reconstruction plans, subdivision design, and stormwater management projects.

DENNIS R. BLANCHETTE, P.E., L.S.

is a registered Professional Engineer (CT, MA) and a Registered Land Surveyor (CT). He earned his
B.S.C.E. in 1976 and a M.S.C.E. in 1980 at the University of Connecticut. Mr. Blanchette has 35 years of experience in the civil engineering and surveying fields. As Chief Engineer for the Town of Waterford he was responsible for the planning, design and construction of a sixty million dollar sewer system. With J & D his responsibilities include oversight of all field and office survey functions, as well as design of septic systems, water mains and sewer lines.

BRUCE FITZBACK, L.S.

is a registered Land Surveyor in CT and MA. He has over 30 years of diversified experience in route surveying, property surveying, aerial survey, tax mapping and construction layout. Mr. Fitzback has been with J & D Civil Engineers since 2005.
