J & D is thoroughly versed in all aspects of stormwater management including the 2002 CT Erosion and Sedimentation Guidelines and the 2004 Stormwater Quality Manual. We have successfully designed and permitted numerous projects before local Inland Wetland Agencies and Planning and Zoning Commissions, as well as the State DEP.

Our engineers are experts in designing site features such as hydrodynamic separators, infiltration basins, extended detention ponds, and bioretention areas, such as rain gardens, to fulfill stormwater quality goals for projects. Janet, in particular, has a strong interest in this area due to her background in water resources engineering.
